About Karen Fettes

When I joined Scentsy in November 2008, I simply wanted to support my own scent addiction. I had no direct sales experience and was hesitant because I didn’t consider myself pushy. What started as a $99 kit quickly transformed into a thriving full-time business that changed everything for my family. As a US Marine spouse and mother of three, my life has always involved hectic schedules, deployments, and cross-country moves. Scentsy provided the ultimate flexibility, allowing me to build a business that moves with us while keeping family first. Over the years, this journey has allowed us to experience incredible incentive trips—including an Alaskan cruise, Hawaii, and Walt Disney World—while giving me the freedom to set my own schedule and never miss an important milestone with my kids. Beyond the high-quality, safe, flame-free products, I love Scentsy’s core values: Authenticity, Generosity, and Simplicity. From becoming the first SuperStar Director in California to leading a network of thousands of consultants worldwide, this journey has helped me realize my potential as a business owner and leader.
